Refund
If you would like a refund, please fill out the form above using the tag "refund" and include in the body:
- Why you would like a refund.
- Your account name if you know it.
We will probably give you a refund if one or more of the following points are true:
- Our software does not run on your computer.
- Your card details were stolen and fraudulently used to subscribe to our software.
- The laws of your country require us to give you a refund.
- You have some other good reason.
We can only provide a refund for a charge within 60 days of the time of the charge.
Phishing
There are people who want to steal your account information. Here are some tips to
help prevent that from happening.
- We will never ask you for your password or payment information outside of this website
and the login screen of our client software. If someone other than a form on this website or
the client software claims to be us and asks you for your password or card details they are
lying to you.
- Check the address bar in your browser before entering your password or payment
information. It is possible for someone else to create a website that looks identical to this
one. We suggest you type the address in manually instead of following links to get here
because some different characters that look identical can be used in a url and you will not
be able to tell if you are actually on our site.
- We will never send you unsolicited emails asking for your account information or asking
you to follow links to give a website your account information or download software.
- Use a long password. Shorter passwords are easier for attackers to guess.
- Never share your password with anyone including other websites. Do not reuse a
password.
- If you think someone may have discovered your password you can reset it from the
recover page.
- Do not log in to your account from a computer that you do not own.
- Do not download or run programs that you do not trust on your computer.
